How is the recruitment process for prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers (CPMI)?

  1. Registration through the website
  2. Basic document selection
  3. Initial Medical Check-Up
  4. CPMI participates in learning at the Vocational Training Center
  5. Selected CPMIs will be contacted by office staff
  6. Final basic document check
  7. Passport production 2 - 3 working days
  8. PK/EC submission
  9. Final Medical Check-Up, Psychology Test, and SKCK Preparation
  10. Visa document submission
  11. OPP scheduling

Is there any special training given to prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers?

Indonesia Manpower will send prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers (CPMI) to the Job Training Center (BLK) before going directly to the world of work. In addition to preparing the skills of the CPMI, we will also check the needs of documents, work history to Medical Check-Up.

How does the company maintain the welfare of the CPMI?

Indonesia Manpower is responsible for maintaining the welfare of CPMI by providing information and education related to the risks and challenges that will be faced in the destination. The company also organizes medical examinations for CPMI to ensure that they have met the health requirements for working abroad. In addition, the company will monitor and provide full support to CPMI throughout the recruitment and placement process abroad.
