Job Description
- Provide daily care to nursing home residents, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and health monitoring.
- Organize and plan beneficial activities to improve residents’ quality of life and physical and mental well-being.
- Coordinate with the medical team and families to ensure residents’ health and emotional needs are well met.
- Oversee the cleanliness and safety of the nursing home environment, and ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.

General Requirements
- Male
- At least elementary school education or equivalent
- 18-55 years old
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Medical fit result
Special Requirements
- Have the intention and desire to work abroad
- Willing to work under contract for 3 years
- Willing to be placed in any project
- Have a strong physical condition
- Willing to abide by the employer's rules
- Behave well while in the placement country environment
Documents that need to be prepared
- ID CARD
- Family Card (Barcoded)
- Latest birth certificate (with barcode)
- Latest diploma
- Marriage Book / Certificate of Divorce (for those who are already married)
- Family Permit Letter
CPMI Enrollment Process
- Prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers register by coming in person or registering through the website.
- General Requirements documents are verified by PT Indonesia Mapan Indonesia officers.
- Documents that do not meet the requirements are returned to be completed
- Documents that have met the requirements and are declared complete can be processed further to follow the Pre Medical Check Up.
- The results of the Pre Medical Check Up will come out within 1 day after the examination. If declared healthy, you can take part in job training, but if declared unhealthy, the process will be canceled.
- Prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers will be trained for 10 days if they have previously been CPMI, but if not, they will conduct training for 30 days.
- After the training is completed CPMI can study independently and complete the incomplete documents.
- The process of selecting CPMI candidates is carried out by the Employer through Partners in Taiwan.
- If the CPMI has been selected by the employer, he will be contacted by PT Indonesia Mapan Indonesia Staff.
- All general requirement documents are checked again and CPMI is asked to prepare a work-ready account.
- Documents that have met the requirements will later be used to issue identification.
- For CPMIs who do not yet have a passport, after the ID is issued, they can make a passport.
- After that, the CPMI submits an Indonesian Migrant Worker Provider work agreement with the employer sent by the Partner in Taiwan.
- The work agreement document is received by the Taiwanese partner to be approved by the Taiwanese government.
- If the employment agreement has been successfully registered, the employment agreement will be sent to the Indonesian Migrant Worker Provider.
- Furthermore, it will be further processed to provide a job description.
- For CPMIs who already have a job description can continue the process of full medial check up, psychological test and making SKCK.
- After the results come out, the CPMI will get a Department of Labor Certification.
- If the document is complete, it will be used to apply for a Teto Visa
- After the visa is issued PT Indonesia Mapan Perkasa will conduct OPP scheduling and flight registration.
